Cancelation Policy
- 100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled before 14 day(s) of arrival for individual rooms (or) canceled before 30 days of arrival if booking entire house.
- 50% refund of advanced payment if cancellation is made 7 days before arrival for individual rooms (or) canceled before 30 days of arrival for entire property.
- 0% refundable if cancellation made within 7 days or less of arrival for individual rooms (or) within 30 days or less of arrival for entire property.
Booking Requirements
50% due at time of booking. Remaining balance due 14 day(s) before arrival for individual rooms (or) due 30 days before arrival for entire property.
Guest Arrival & Departure:
Check-in: 3:00 p.m. Check-out: 10:00 a.m.
Incidental Deposit
- A pre-authorization of $75.00 for individual rooms or $400 if booking entire property is held on 1 day(s) before arrival and voided on 3 day(s) after departure
- This amount will be fully refundable after check-out, provided no damages, missing items, rule violations, or additional cleaning charges are incurred. The deposit may be used to cover incidental expenses, including but not limited to damage repair, excessive cleaning, smoking violations, or loss of property items.
